All fighters are different as they prepare themselves to fight. Some fighters liked to have family or friends around them, and they can't stop talking. I suppose it's their way to cope with the nerves. (My dad and my brother would always be in the dressing room with me. I used to get more nervous watching my brother fight than I did when I myself fought. It can be hard watching someone you care about in the ring.) But I would withdraw inside myself. I didn't want to talk to anyone or anyone to talk to me. I'd get very tense, like a coiled spring. One wrong word from someone then and I'd 'go.'
