Yeah the deca for only 6 weeks is a typo my man, only running for 10 weeks but front loading should raise my blood levels quickly. I absolutely would love to use NPP instead of the Deca-D. but my source does not make NPP so im making due with Deca for a long bleed over. I think utilizing shorter esters in the beginning of cycles allows you to start gaining before your body can kick in and slow progress as you become farther away from homeostatis (catabolic hormones such as cortisol). Because of this I am incorporating my GRHP+GHRH and D-bol at week 3 ("building the perfect beast" protocol"). D-bol and GH both have excellent anti catabolic and plateau breaking effects. Do you think I would benefit taking proviron with the amount of test ill be on (its been changed to 900 for basically the whole cycle). Thank you for your feedback and advice.
I'm looking for something new, several years i'm doing each muscle group at the certain day and do not mix them. Like Monday chest & biceps, Wednesday back and triceps, Friday Legs and shoulders. And it's really hard to stay all other days without a visit to the gym!!! One more thing is if I do legs only once in the week, every time its like a first time! I mean painful. What you think if I would change it to Muscle & Strength Intermediate Full Body Workout would it do any better? And what should I do the other days as can't keep my self home :) by the way im 35.

cheers for the reply. my training consists of working all body parts 3 times per week im lifting probarbly max 91kg 10 reps and that is chest press. i am running into a bit of difficulty as im training in a gym where the weights are all machine and am slowly racking the lot to be honest. im not doing hardly any cardio, don't know whether i should be? my diet is ok at the moment eating lots of carbohydrates potatoes rice pasta, and taking protein powder every morning as ive heard its good with dianabol. Not eating hardly any fatty foods but still drinking at weekends I know this is bad. also noticed a bit of puffiness in the face ( suppose this is expected) I'd say I've put abut 4 pounds on if this helps? also my back has gone really big compared to what it was ( i had a broad back anyway) any help appreciated.
